• Loan Term: up to 25 years

Requirement:

• The age of the borrower should be from 18 years to 55 years at the date of application
• Permanent Resident of the city or province
• Business Comply with Cambodia law
• Financial stability of the business;
• Collateral Documents (Hard/Soft title deeds, guarantee, etc.);
• National ID or Passport, and Family book or residential book
• Other documents as banks required.
