• Interest rate: Negotiable base on the market
• Loan Term: up to 10 years
• Grace period : 3 months for repayment of principle

Requirement:

• The age of the borrower should be from 18 years to 65 years at the date of application
• Permanent Address
• Business Comply with Cambodia law
• Financial stability of the business;
• Collateral Documents (Hard/Soft title deeds, guarantee, etc.);
• National ID or Passport, and Family book or residential book.
• Other documents as banks required.
